How to get unstuck, create a life plan and manifest your dreams

Do you feel stuck in your life doing the same things over and over and you want more? Do you have dreams that you want to achieve but feel it’s impossible? Well, the power for change is in your hands you just might need a bit of help to get you started. Feeling your dreams are unreachable is never a sign of weakness or defeat. Let’s look at it differently. It’s an invitation to pause, regroup and gain strength then work on moving forward.

So, is there are problem? And what is that problem? Do you need to change direction? A great way to do find out is to begin journaling. Start to write about the life you want. Think about your relationships, money, the career you want. None of these are just dreams. They can be made a reality with correct manifestation. However, you need to put in the work and walk the journey. Be prepared to take the set-backs in their stride and just keep going.

Stop comparing yourself to others

If you want to achieve your own goals you need to stop putting focus on other people and where they are at in their life. You have your own journey so make it your own. What is it that really makes you happy? Write it down, reflect on it and then begin to follow that. You cannot walk your friend or colleagues’ path as that is their dream, not yours. What are you good at? What is your niche and how can you use it to drive your passion and income? What do you love to do when you’re on your own. What takes up your quiet hours and whittles your time away? Whatever it is, embrace it. Befriend yourself. Learn to spend time on your own.

Communication is important

It’s important to learn to communicate clearly, even if at first it is uncomfortable. If you cannot communicate your feelings, wants, needs and concerns you are never going to have the relationships you want, or be able to set the boundaries you need. Being a good communicator means expressing these things without being crass, rude, or offensive. Sometimes this may need practice.

Start small

By starting small and taking one step at a time it will make it easier to achieve your goals. For example, if running your own business is your dream, that can be very overwhelming and you may not know where to start. The first thing you can do is to secure the URL to your personal website, and start to create this. Even if it is just the bare minimum, creating a landing page with your photo and a brief bio can give you the confidence and motivation to move forward. Put a nice professional headshot of yourself, and write a personal mission statement. Have a few paragraphs that sum up your work experience, sums up your goals and long-term ambitions and this will not only bring clarity for you but communicate to others what you are passionate about.

Financial clarity

This is an important step. Make a spreadsheet of your debts and expenses. List them all so you can see what is the biggest cost and start paying it off. Open a savings account and save regularly. This can give you several months of expenses covered to help you if there are any financial hiccups.

Aromatherapy and weight loss

Are you one of those people who have tried everything out there to lose weight and have not found something that works for you? Well, this might be just what you are looking for.

Along with changes to your lifestyle, eating habits and your approach to food, Aromatherapy can play a part in helping you to lose weight. Research has been done with aromatherapy, putting your sense of smell into action to help suppress your appetite.

If you inhale a strong spicy or food-related fragrance for at least five minutes before you eat you can suppress your appetite. The problem is, that if you inhale that fragrance for less than five minutes before eating you will actually increase your appetite.

Suppressing Your Appetite

To help you suppress your appetite create an aromatherapy blend that you can put on a tissue. Place the tissue in a shirt pocket or in your bra. If you are someone that tends to graze or snack throughout the day this will help keep that at bay. You only need three drops of each aromatherapy oils you choose to use. Use up to 3 oils at a time on the one tissue, and inhale it as required.

Best oils to choose

Some of the oils that have the most effect on appetite suppression include Grapefruit, Vanilla, Benzoin, Peppermint, Cinnamon, Clove, Fennel, Lemon, Marjoram, Orange, Mandarin, Ginger and Black Pepper. If you find oils that remind you of the foods you like to eat it will make them more effective. For me I like the sweet stuff, such as lollies, biscuits and chocolate, so I would use oils such as Vanilla, Cinnamon, Grapefruit or Orange on my tissue. Using this along with a healthy diet and exercise will help you see results.

Losing centimetres and reducing Cellulite

If you are looking to reduce your centimetres and cellulite then these aromatherapy oils can help you with that as well. Use up to three of these essential oils - Rosemary, Grapefruit, Juniper, Angelica, Cypress, Lemon, Bergamot in 20mls of a carrier oil such as sweet almond oil. Massage yourself in the areas you want to focus on such as your legs, hips and thighs. Massage vigorously using plenty of percussion movements, like hacking and cupping. If you do this daily you will see inch loss in about six weeks. If you find you have an increased urge to urinate it means the blend is working. Remember to drink plenty of water to help your body remove any toxins.

Motivation

Sometimes finding the energy to actually show up at the gym is one of the hardest parts of dieting. The essential oils Frankincense, Grapefruit, Juniper, Ginger, Peppermint will help to improve your state of mind and get you moving.

Emotional Eating

If you comfort eat, meaning you reward yourself with food when things go well, eat if you are bored or stop eating if you are very unhappy, then you emotionally eat. If you know you do this, then you need to tackle these habits too. Try any of the following essential oils to help you break any habits you have developed as a result of emotional eating. Lemongrass, Melissa, Frankincense, May Chang, Geranium, Palmarosa, Juniper, Cypress, Sandalwood.

This clinic uses essential oils to assist our clients. We can mix you up a blend that suits you and post it to you. Easy payment system and it will get to you in a week or so. Give us a call or email us on https://www.stressfreemanagement.com.au/ to purchase an oil.

Healthy habits that make you successful

Successful people make success a part of their lifestyle so to become successful we need to copy some of the things they do. This involves looking at future goals in order to make working towards these part of your daily habits. We need to first take care of ourselves with a healthy diet, some physical activity and good sleeping patterns so that we are healthy enough to work towards what we desire in our lives. There is no such thing as a quick fix and it’s important to start thinking long term about what you want your life to be. Setting small goals to achieve this will help keep you motivated to work towards that long-term goal.

It’s very easy to make excuses for not doing something and then beat up on yourself for not being successful. Excuses are a way of deflecting responsibility of weaknesses and past failures. In order to become successful it’s important to take responsibility for our own mistakes and learn from them. Excuses will just stop you from reaching your full potential. Once you put the source of the problem inside yourself you become empowered to do something about it. It is difficult to find perfection in an imperfect world but if you give of yourself 100% every time to reach your goals the very motivation and momentum will keep you going. This will make you the best you can possibly be. Sometimes we get stuck in the moment thinking that we cannot do something because our intelligence or talents are predetermined and that we can’t change this. If we change our way of thinking and remember that we can learn new skills then begin to work at it then it is possible to achieve anything.

Achieving our goals needs constant relentless attention. Find your dream and break it down easily into goals that are achievable. Put a time limit on each goal and work towards each one, one at a time. Be focused and do not diverse your attention. It is incorrect to split your energy and believe you will succeed. Multi-tasking is not a time saver because you are wasting time swapping from task to task and not giving each task your full concentration hindering the outcome. So stay focused and work your way towards success. Have faith and simply follow the path without needing to have vice grip control of everything. Some things need to gain their own momentum. Over control of situations leads to a lot of unnecessary stress over what we cannot control however it is important to remember that we can control the way we react to things. Change our reactions and immediately everything around them will change also.

To be successful you need to work smart, stay focused on your path, learn to discern what is not included in your path and say no to it, don’t let others distract you and don’t get side-tracked wasting time on other things.

Mental fortitude builds focus and success

Mental veracity is an important quality for us to develop. Life has its ups and downs related to many different issues such as relationship problems, work, family issues or any other challenges that may arise. An important key to overcome these challenges is enough strength of mind to not give up until you win the fight. Often people give up on something when they are close to succeeding and they don’t even realise it.

People who succeed all seem to have certain character traits that they have developed over the years. The first of these is simply not giving up just because things are getting hard. It’s important to keep believing in yourself and use the head talk that ‘I can do it’ to keep you going. If you focus on the goal then the journey becomes easier. If at first you don’t succeed remember that you are one step closer to knowing how not to do that again. Many famous people have failed time and time again at their goals and still kept going…to succeed in the end.

So what if you are not in your comfort zone? Push yourself past it towards what you want to achieve. It might be hard and you might need to change some things in your life but it is in your power to do so. Why not try something new and to feel the discomfort that comes when you have stepped out of that comfort zone?

Being out of your comfort zone may mean you need to look at where and with whom you spend your time. Are they positive, strong people or do they wallow in self-pity and gossip which will also bring you down? Successful people surround themselves with positive people. Also watch your own negative emotions such as jealousy, fear, and envy. Do you live in the past and hold grudges? That’s a behaviour you need to perhaps give up as the negativity of it will make you more negative. Learn to let go and forgive as that will benefit you even more than the other person. It will allow you to move forward.

Another way to increase your tenacity is to keep an open mind and put in the effort to succeed. Success will not drop in your lap if you don’t implement the right strategies and do the work to attract it. You need to have solid goals in line with the dreams that you believe will bring you happiness. Remember that you are the one that sets the limiting beliefs on your life. If you allow people or situations to limit you they will. If you allow them to chain you into situations they will. If you cower down instead of stepping up to your goals and dreams you will find you feel cheated as your life goes by. So it is important to stand up for what you want and develop the mental strength to fight for it. Start out small and one step at a time and you will find after a while you will have achieved far more than you ever planned to do.
